Our founder

Sarah Schlafly

Sarah Schlafly is a serial entrepreneur who thrives on big challenges. As founder of Mighty Cricket, she's pioneering the U.S. insect agriculture industry with bug-based proteins, polymers, and peptides.

She also serves as COO of Green Titans Energy, a St. Louis heating and cooling company, and owns IQorb, a data visualization company that builds exhibits for trial attorneys.

Sarah has received numerous awards, grants, and media coverage for her innovative work. She's also won global pitch competitions and secured private investments for her work.

Sarah founded Alpin Group to bring her startup and operating experience to companies with world-changing ideas.
